Windows 7 bsod appear randomly!!!

Hi , i have just bought a new AMD system ( phenom II x6 , 4 gb ram , hd 5770 , 500gb hdd) and have a lot of random BSOD happened . I have reinstalled a clean windows 7 ultimate 64 bit but The BSOD keep happening. Here are my dumb files , please help me !!!

Uninstall Panda. Reboot and install MSE.

Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and delete:


BIOS64 BIOS64.sys Sat Jun 07 20:12:00 2003
BS_I2c64 BS_I2c64.sys Mon Jun 16 02:45:18 2008

Reboot.

Enjoy.

hi , i have uninstalled Panda , delete 2 files that you mentioned , and install MSE , but the BSOD keep coming . Here are my 2 recently dump files and Image of SPD and memory

Replace the memory entirely with a brand new matching set. RMA the modules you have back to the manufacturer. They will replace them for free. Show them this thread if necessary.

Thank you for your answer . So all i need to do is replace my 4gb Team Elite Ram and the system will work fine?
 
Affirmative. You're welcome.

They will send you a new set, and test it too before sending to you. That's the usual, but you should request it as well.
