BSOD appears randomly. I haven't managed to figure out when and how it happens, but it happens, several times a day,

I've attached minidump-files and CPU-Z screens.

Your most recent crash was caused by Daemon Tools. However, the real causer is most likely wrong memory settings in the bios. You need to take care of it first of all.

1. Memory is set wrong, 667mhz at the moment while it's rated 800mhz 6-6-6-18. Bios setup > dram.
Adjust the memory settings and re-attach the new snapshot of CPU-Z memory tab.

Also attach Rammon HTML report. http://windows7forums.com/blue-scre...mportant-every-thread-starter-please-see.html

2. Uninstall Daemon Tools for now, until your blue screens go away completely.

I can't find any updated drivers of any in the list.

Also, in my BIOS-setup I don't have the choice to change anything.

Daemon tools is uninstalled, otherwise I couldn't do much. I can't attach the Rammon-report. The uploader just says that there's errors in the file.

If your notebook is compatible with Windows 7, there should be compatible drivers available for it at HP support:

Realtek

HP Support & Drivers

Memory is set wrong, 667mhz at the moment while it's rated 800mhz 6-6-6-18. Bios setup > dram.
Adjust the memory settings and re-attach the new snapshot of CPU-Z memory tab.

Rammon - install, run, save result as an html file, zip and attach.

I would love to give you precise instructions but the problem is I don't know your bios. If your motherboard has support for DDR800, then you should be able to set DRAM frequency 800Mhz. Bios optimized defaults could do the job, but it will also reset all other settings in the bios and I can't guarantee it'll be safe in your case. If you are not familiar enough with your bios, send your PC to the repairs shop or have someone savvy near you to set the RAM right.

The problem isn't that I don't know how to change things in BIOS. The problem is that there are no options. Since I bought my first PC a long ago I've changed things in BIOS several times. The BIOS used for my current computer is, by far, the one with least options. There aren't really anything I can change. I could take pictures of it and attach.

Anyhow. According to HP website there is only one update I haven't done. The realtek update is done. I also attach the rammon-report.

Absolutely!

Absolutely wrong again: you have 2x2048Mb Samsung sticks,

M4 70T5663EH3-CF7
800Mhz
6-6-6-18
1.8v

Your current setup is 667Mhz 5-5-5-15. Wrong.

Please ask someone savvy around you to set the memory correctly,

-BIOS setup>DRAM options
-Ootimized Defaults

If the motherbord has support for DDR800, should be no problem.

Really wierd since the settings in BIOS has been the same all the time.

I suppose that my motherboard has support since everything is standard.

A question that follows is if it is possible for me to change settings in BIOS? Since there are no options in my BIOS to change (basicly) any settings. I'm quite able to fix things but the problem is that I don't have the choice to.

Is there a way to get pass my bios in some way. Since it seems like the memory issue is the problem (BSOD happens three out of four times I start my computer) I would like to fix it. Is there a way?

Look, unfortunately I know nothing about your bios. What I see is that your RAM is rated:

M4 70T5663EH3-CF7
800Mhz
6-6-6-18
1.8v

And is currently set 667Mhz 5-5-5-15. Which is wrong.

You also have a bunch of old drivers that you have to update:

Accelerometer

Accelerometer.sys Wed Jul 08 14:41:38 2009

ENE CIR Driver for eHome
enecir.sys Sun Jun 28 22:17:30 2009

HP Hotkey
HpqKbFiltr.sys Wed Apr 29 09:48:30 2009

Realtek LAN
Rt64win7.sys Fri May 22 10:52:30 2009

Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications
seehcri.sys Wed Jan 09 03:41:35 2008

Wacom Mouse
wacomvhid.sys Mon Sep 21 19:29:14 2009

You're having blue screens, and this is why I suggest you do your best to update them all. Uninstall Sony Ericsson if you're not using it.

~~~~~~~
What you need to do:
1. Update old drivers.
2. If blue screens persist after you update the drivers, your memory needs to be set according to its rated specs.
