The crash dump tells me it was caused by Kaspersky driver. As an easy and obvious fix I can advise you to uninstall it, but not yet, first of all update old drivers and set the memory correctly to its rated specs. AS follows:

    1. Drivers to update:

    Realtek LAN
    Rt86win7.sys Thu Feb 26 04:04:22 2009

    Realtek HD Audio
    RTKVHDA.sys Tue Aug 04 05:48:13 2009

Can download them from your motherbard support site as well as from Realtek directly.

Also see if you can update Conexant SoftK56 Modem Driver
    HSXHWBS2.sys Fri Feb 13 15:58:27 2009

    2. Set the memory to its rates:

    2 x Kingston's 667Mhz 5 5 5 15

    currently running 533Mhz 4 4 4 12. So you need to set them ☛ 667Mhz 5 5 5 15.

    BAD_POOL_HEADER (19)
The pool is already corrupt at the time of the current request.
This may or may not be due to the caller.
The internal pool links must be walked to figure out a possible cause of
the problem, and then special pool applied to the suspect tags or the driver
    verifier to a suspect driver.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 00000003, the pool freelist is corrupt.
Arg2: 84e36510, the pool entry being checked.
Arg3: 00000000, the read back flink freelist value (should be the same as 2).
Arg4: 84e36510, the read back blink freelist value (should be the same as 2).

    How to set MEMORY right?

    - Enter bios setup and adjust DRAM frequency, timings, and voltage.
    - Or load bios defaults instead.

hey i did what you said but it seems the DRAM frequency, timings, and voltage are greyed out.
so i tried the other option that is load bios defaults but how do i know if my memory is now right?

It's still showing 533 Mhz 4-4-4-12. Does your motherboard have support for DDR667 ?

He he, no problem no need to be sorry. It could be a good idea though to try to find out.

    I'll tell you what:

    1. Updated Realtek Audio and LAN - good.
    2. Do not worry about Conexant.
    3. If you get more crashes now or later, uninstall Kaspersky and replace it with MSE:

Removal tool for Kaspersky Lab products

    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/security_essentials/default.aspx

    4. Then if you get more crashs, then you really need to figure out how to set your memory right, 2 x Kingston's 667Mhz 5 5 5 15.
