Hey, sorry, I created a thread in the general support section earlier, cuz I didn't see this special section here.

Anyway, I read the rules for posting, took all the screenshots and dump info and made a zip file here which I have attached.

General info : Mine is a Sony VAIO, only 2 months old. I have not installed any software that should interfere with the processing, only games and VLC player and so on. Really need to get it fixed soon, as exams are coming up and I NEED MY LAPTOP FOR THEM! :(

    Please help, thanks a lot!

Hi Aayush and Welcome to The Forum. Bit of a delay in an answer, but....

    STOP 0x0000001E: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
    Usual causes:
Device driver, hardware, System service, compatibility, Remote control programs, memory, BIOS.

Your latest dump file lists ntkrnlmp.exe as the probable cause. This is a Windows System file and for it to be the cause of your crash is highly unlikely.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes. Random stop codes can often indicate hardware issues.

    As a Priority:

Norton is known to be a cause of BSOD's on many Windows 7 systems. I suggest that you uninstall Norton using the Norton Removal Tool in Safe Mode. Download Blue Screen friendly Microsoft Security Essentials as its replacement. Make sure Windows firewall is enabled!
(I'm guessing that Norton is no longer installed but there are drvers left behind, run the clean up tool regrdless)

Drivers that pre-date Windows 7. Update:

PxHlpa64.sys Thu Mar 13 01:58:17 2008 Sonic CD/DVD driver. Used by many different programs. If you recognise the program this is associated with and can update it, then it should take care of this driver.

    Drivers with Updates:

    nusb3hub.sys Thu Sep 30 05:00:03 2010
    nusb3xhc.sys Thu Sep 30 05:00:03 2010
Go to your Motherboard Mfr. Support website (or NEC/Renesas) and update your USB 3.0 drivers. A June 2011 set are available Here.

Rt64win7.sys Wed Jan 26 13:34:03 2011 Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller v7.048 If you're unsure about manually installing drivers then choose the Win7 and WinServer 2008 R2 Auto Installation Program (SID:1469821) option to download.

    KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 0000000000000000, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: 0000000000000000, Parameter 0 of the exception
    Arg4: 0000000000000000, Parameter 1 of the exception
