Windows 7 BSOD help

I've been having BSODs since last month but recently it was becoming worse. I
So I was watching this tutorial and ran this application called blue screen view. I looked at the minidump then found that ntoskrnl.exe caused it. Then I couldn't follow the guy anymore -.-
Any help is appreciated. btw I'm a noob so I'm just providing information that I know

Acer Aspire
MS Windows 7
64 bit
Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU
1.86 Ghz P6000 @1.87Ghz

Just tell me what more information to include since this is my first time trying to resolve a BSOD
