I'm not a hardware person at all, so please bear with me.

I keep getting intermittent BSOD's, and here is the latest report from the most recent crash:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 7a
BCP1: C0458788
BCP2: C000000E
BCP3: 277F9860
BCP4: 8B0F1B19
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1

Please help me and let me know what drivers I need to try to update to fix this. I have a Gateway that came loaded with Vista, Gateway has made no Windows 7 drivers for my model. I contacted their tech support and they wanted to charge me money to talk to someone that can help me.... I think point me to the secret Windows 7 driver location :p

Thanks in advance for the assistance,
tperri

Hello, welcome.

C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the files in there to any other folder, then zip them. Attach the zip to a post here and we will have a look for ya.

Thank you so much! I attached the three files I have.

Uninstall your Shrew Soft VPN software, also LogMeIn as well, and it will be fine.

What is it about those apps that causes the crashes? I can do without logmein but the other is used for work. Thanks for your help!
