BSOD issue

Hi All
I am getting a crash dumps file appear in minidump folder.
Im not able to find the cause of the problem .Please assist.

Hi All
Please help im getting BSOD after working for sometime , it restarts.Everyday the system crashes twice inbetween.Attached are the files from minidump folder.

welcome to the forum. I've moved your thread to the correct section as it was originally in a tutorial thread. I'll just grab a quick coffee and will start debugging your dump files. Back shortly.

Probably caused by : wpsdrvnt.sys ( wpsdrvnt+3c9b )

Hi,
all your dump files are the same and point to Norton firewall as the issue. Norton is well known in bsod circles for being the cause of many an issue. Please remove using the tool found here:
https://support.norton.com/sp/en/uk/home/current/solutions/kb20080710133834EN_EndUserProfile_en_us

Use MSE in it's place as it's far more stable:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/security/pc-security/mse.aspx

If you still bsod after removing the above please post your new dump files.
