Hello everyone,

I have some problems with BSODs and i cannot specify the cause in the crash dump. I've had these problems for some weeks and recently just learned about uploading crash dumps. I have many different chrash dumps in my minidump file and you can maybe help me.
I have uploaded the most recent dump. please analyse it and let me know what to be done next
thank you

Hi,
you really need your own thread as they can sometimes run into some pages. I've moved your post to a new thread and will debug your dump file shortly.

Code:
*******************************************************************************
*                                                                             *
*                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
*                                                                             *
*******************************************************************************

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff88006dd015a, fffff8800acf7e30, 0}

Probably caused by : ks.sys ( ks!KspPropertyHandler+2ea )

Hi,
the above dump file is blaming a kernel driver which could mean you have some corruption within windows. You do however have some ancient drivers along with:

{47351c22-0d6c-4658-a617-795d251145e2}Gw64.sys Fri Jan 31 00:45:30 2014: This is malware. It probably belongs to something called Wise Enhance and this page advise on how best to remove it:
http://www.411-spyware.com/remove-wiseenhance
Even after removal I'd still run a copy of Malwarebytes to make sure:
https://www.malwarebytes.org/

Run a chkdsk:
http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/guide-to-using-check-disk-in-windows-vista/

atikmdag.sys Fri Dec 17 20:27:20 2010: AMD GPU driver. Please update to latest version (14.4):

igdpmd64.sys Mon Nov 29 05:23:11 2010: Intel Graphics Driver p-lease run the Intel driver update utility:

mfehidk.sys Fri Sep 19 00:06:00 2008: McAfee Host Intrusion Detection Link Driver. Please uninstall and use MSE instead. We ask this as it creates a known stable environment:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/security/pc-security/mse.aspx

Rt64win7.sys Tue Aug 23 14:55:41 2011: Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet please update:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads...d=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

snp2uvc.sys Tue Nov 20 03:01:44 2012: Suyin USB 2.0 Webcam driver update if ones available:
http://www.suyin.com/

Please ensure your settings are like this:

Go to Start and type in sysdm.cpl and press Enter
Click on the Advanced tab
Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump << where your .dmp files can be
found later.
Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.

Post any new dump files after making the above changes but please use the app found in this thread:
