Solution
All of the memory dumps point at networking drivers. I'd suggest running Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Link Removed Hopefully that'll either point out the faulting driver - or will direct us towards a particular hardware problem.

Meanwhile, Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

nusb3xhc.sys...
NETIO.sys is a Windows networking driver.
Since it's a Windows driver it's likely protected by the System File Checker and, consequently, it's not likely to be the actual cause.
But, since it is a networking driver, this points us towards networking related 3rd party programs.

We start with the drivers for wired and wireless adapters, then look at anti-malware protection drivers, then look at other internet aware applications for other drivers involved in the communication with the internet.

A faster way to attempt to identify the faulting driver is by the use of Driver Verifier (the STOP 0xD1 errors are well suited in provoking the actual faulting driver to identify itself). Please follow the instructions here to use Driver Verifier: Link Removed

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

In the event this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please do the following to rule out your Norton/Symantec product:
Anti-Virus Removal:
Please do the following:
- download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Link Removed - Invalid URL
- uninstall the Norton from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
- remove any remnants of Norton using this free tool: http://us.norton.com/support/kb/web_view.jsp?wv_type=public_web&docurl=20080710133834EN
- IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus, then check to ensure that the Windows Firewall is turned on.
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's
NOTE: NEVER run more than 1 anti-virus, firewall, Internet Security/Security Center application at the same time.

I removed astra and Eye-One. Also used Re-Orginizer Register Editor to search for .sys files not removed by windows and removed them them. Ten used Ccleaner, Reg Orlinizer and advanced System Care. The system looks now OK.
thanks for the help

As usama indicated in his initial post.....
We start with the drivers for wired and wireless adapters, then look at anti-malware protection drivers, then look at other internet aware applications for other drivers involved in the communication with the internet.
So if you don't mind let's follow up that approach by completely removing your Norton / Symantec antivirus software.
Use the programs and features applet in the control panel to perform the uninstall and then follow that up with the vendor specific proprietary removal tool found here Link Removed
Additionally yet another potential driver that may be contributing (potentially conflicting)
avgtpx64.sys 7/19/2012 AVG Secure Search Driver..... uninstall that as well and just to make sure all remnants are gone run this removal tool as well Link Removed (get the correct version for your architecture)
Replace with just MSE from here Link Removed due to 404 Error and when prompted make sure you turn on the Windows Native firewall.
If Blue Screens persist please continue to attach new dump files to your next post.

I followed your advice in 2 steps

step 1) I removed AVG then used Ccleaner, ASC and Reg Organizer and rebooted

then next day 25 SEP I had a again BSOD while using Firefox

step 2) I then removed Norton Internet security using Norton_Removal_Tool and again used
Ccleaner, ASC and Reg Organizer and rebooted. Installed Windows Essential og activated Windows firewall.
Then I found out that my cleaning had removed all my *.dmp files including copies on another drive.
I used File Scavenger 4.0 to retrive any *.dmp files but found only 1 ( see attach) hope it is the BSOB on 25 SEP.

no BSOB since

I got another problem PSI (see attach)
any Idea have to fix connection to PSI

should I install Norton again

Please do not use CCleaner or RegOrganizer while we're working on this problem.
CCleaner, as you've seen, deletes the files that we need.
RegOrganizer is unnecessary and can actually cause damage to the registry.
I have no clue as to what ASC is.

I'm unsure of the exact problem with PSI - but would suggest uninstalling it until we've fixed the BSOD issues.
Then feel free to install the latest, Win7 compatible version available from their website.

Let's just wait for the next one.
Don't make any changes (other than those suggested above) until we get another BSOD.
Then zip up the memory dumps and attach them to your next post.

I still have a problem
after more BSOD (while using Firefox).

On 29 OCT i did a Factory recovery and re-installed all my programs.

But I still get BSOD on my Thinkstation D30
with 2 Nvidia 4000, 3 monitors, 24 GB RAM, 2 CPU 2.40 GHz, Windows 7 Professional, Danish language

All BSOD is when I use Opera !!!

any suggestion - are there a conflict with some of the programs I have installed

I have an other Thinkstation D20 with no problems 8 GHz RAM 2 CPU Nvidia 1800 1 monitor

Hope the enclosed files will help to find the problem

Søren

All of the memory dumps point at networking drivers. I'd suggest running Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Link Removed Hopefully that'll either point out the faulting driver - or will direct us towards a particular hardware problem.

Meanwhile, Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Fastboot.sys - this driver hasn't been added to the DRT as of this run. Please search Google/Bing for the driver if additional information is needed.

Solution
thanks for your reply
used verifier with setting as requested and on reboot got BSOD with info
IORBIT Smart Defrag 2.sys
Reboot in safe mode and removed IORBIT Smart Defrag 2
then no problem for 7 hours but workstation was very slow
then BSOD
reboot and no problem for 13 hours then 2 BSOD within 10 minutes
see enclosed files including 2 before verifier was started

any suggesting and thanks for your help
Søren

All of the memory dumps point at networking drivers. I'd suggest running Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Link Removed Hopefully that'll either point out the faulting driver - or will direct us towards a particular hardware problem.

Meanwhile, Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

nusb3hub.sys Mon Oct 24 20:57:37 2011 (4EA60981)

I'm using a new program, and it shouldn't have highlighted the USB 3.0 drivers (the suggestion to update them is automatically generated by the program). AFAIK, the 2011 version is the latest version (the 2010 version is the one that had BSOD's).

I don't suggest using Driver Update utilities as they often give false/misleading results.

Please understand that we are ruling out 3rd party drivers - but my primary suspicion is that of a hardware error (since you reinstalled Windows on 29 October (but the BSOD pattern is suggestive of a driver problem).

The last 2 memory dumps hint that this driver may be involved:
UrlFilter.sys Fri Sep 16 03:46:34 2011 (4E72FEDA)
Component of IObit
Link Removed

As such, I'd strongly suggest removing the IOBit program(s) from your system.

If the BSOD's continue after removing all traces of the IOBit programs, then we'll have to start looking at hardware diagnostics: Link Removed - Invalid URL

thanks for your reply

I have had another BSOD and after reboot I reset verifier
and later had another BSOD

Then I also thought it could be IROBIT,
because they have updatet on 22 oct one of the programs to a new version

Also I had an BSOD on my other workstation D20

I have removed all IORBIT programs from both my workstations including Drivermax

I have checked UrlFilter.sys is now removed

Thanks for your help

Søren
