I'm dealing with some severe problems: BSOD.
All hardware is tested very well so I assume they're okay.
Since Windows Update is running I suppose all my drivers are up to date.
    My computers properties:
    OS: Windows 7
    RAM: 16 GB
    Processor: Intel i7
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti

I've attached the latest minidump file

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis: http://windows7forums.com/blue-screen-death-bsod/38837-how-ask-help-bsod-problem.html

    Stack text shows Norton (SRTSP64.SYS)
    Memory dump also blames SRTSP64.SYS

    Please do this:
Please also update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

    Hmm, I will do so but I think there's more than that;
This PC is now 1 month old. First I installed Norton AntiVirus 2009, I got BSOD.
I removed Norton AntiVirus 2009 and installed Avast. I got BSOD.
Next, and this is the phase we're in today, I contacted Norton and I explained the problem.
They gave me the latest version of Norton. But now you this also leads to BSOD.
    What might be the problem?

    I've attached the requested file.
I also deinstalled my Cisco VPN adapter. Would this fix the problem?

It's very possible that the Citrix stuff was also causing a problem. I have seen several issues recently on systems with the Citrix stuff installed (this doesn't blame Citrix, but we have to wonder if it's also involved).

Also, frequently the errors that we see with Norton are c0000005 errors (access denied) - and they usually relate to network issues. So it's not a huge leap to wonder if there's a conflict between/with the Citrix stuff and the Norton stuff. The fact that you've had issues with other antivirus' tends to make this even more likely.

What we'll look for is other errors now that the Norton and Citrix stuff are removed. As we remove the likely problem stuff, eventually we'll either run out of stuff to remove - or we'll find something that solves the problem. If we run out of stuff to remove - then we move on to hardware and/or Windows problems.

    On to the analysis:

You only have 120 updates after SP1 - most systems have 130/140 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates.

    And....
Quite a few of the memory dump files blame your Citrix software - so that's the most likely cause at this point.
Please turn Driver Verifier off as it's done it's job for us. To do this, open up verifier.exe and select "Delete existing settings", then click on the "Finish" button. Reboot for the changes to take effect.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

I got an error while searching updates. Windows proposed to install System Update Readiness Tool.
So did I. Next I tried to search for updates again. Result: no available updates my pc seems to be up to date.
Is there anything I need to do now.

Do you think I can reinstall Norton?

I've removed my Citrix client a couple of hours ago and nog I got this BSOD.

*Edit* Hmm, I think I forgot to disable the verifier

Other crashes have occurred. Is it useful to you that I upload the dump files?

They may not be useful, but please upload them anyway.
That way we can have a look at them and see if they tell us anything in particular.

This last one was another Driver Verifier memory dump - but it pointed to a Windows component.
What instructions did you use to run Driver Verifier? Was it only for 3rd party drivers - or was it the standard setup?

Since it doesn't blame a 3rd party driver, I'd suggest starting to run the following free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

See if you can find a more updated sound (audio) driver for your system. Although it is probably OK, it does date from 2009, so it's worth looking for an update.

It's most likely that you'll find an update at the Realtek website.

    I used "verifier /standard /all"
Do you think my Realtek Audio driver is the main reason of all these crashes.
Windows informs me sometimes there's something wrong with it, but it works fine.
When I try to update it via the Windows Device Manager, it seems I have the newest version.

*Edit* I found a newer one on their website, strange.

    What I've done so far:
    I removed Citrix VPN Adapter.
    I reinstalled Norton AntiVirus 2013.
I installed the newest version of my Realtek Audio Driver.
I also removed my virtual hard drive because I can only access it using a VPN connection.
Windows Update searched but did not found any available updates for me.
But when I visit the Microsoft website I see there are updates which are not installed on my pc.
Do I need to install them manually?

The Update Driver function in Device Manager checks the Windows Update website for updates.
Device manufacturer's rarely contribute to this - so it's not real likely that you'll find a current version here.

The best place to check for updates is the device manufacturer's website - as they know the most about the device and are the one's that initiate updates to it. The next best place to check is the PC Manufacturer's website - they'll post updates if they get a number of complaints about problems with the device (but won't do it as often as the device manufacturer).

More BSOD topics in the forums are solved by the owner than by any other method. We just poke around and give suggestions - it's you who are most familiar with the system.

In this case I think that you've found the reason. Windows tells you "sometimes" that something's wrong - that's either a problem with a "section" of a driver that's only accessed occasionally, or a hardware problem that's only happening on occasion.

If the updated driver doesn't stop the BSOD's, then try:
    - if the audio device is built into the motherboard (onboard), disable it in the BIOS
    - if the audio device is an add-on card, remove it from the system
Then test and see if that stops the BSOD's.

If it's an onboard card and it's bad - your option is to install a new card.
If it's an add-on card, then it's either that the card is bad or the slot that it was in is bad - this means either trying the old card in a new slot - or trying a new card (either in the old slot or a new slot).

It seems the BSOD problems are fixed.
I have one more problem. Sometimes Windows says: 'Desktop Managment doesn't work anymore' or 'Windows Explorer doesn't work anymore'. But Windows fixes these problems immediately himself, so I don't encounter any negative effects of it.
I find it a bit strange, is there a way to check out what the cause of these messages is?

There are new BSODS as well.
I think my NVIDIA driver has to do with it now, I saw a NVIDIA utility uploading reports.

The error messages tend to point to a hardware problem - although I have to wonder about both your nVidia software and your Norton (as it produces a lot of errors). You may want to do this to rule out the Norton:
I'd suggest starting with these tests:

Run CHKDSK /R /F on ALL hard drives:
Run these free hardware diagnostics for starters: Initial Hardware Diagnostics
Then run these free hardware tests also (start with the one's for Video, then Prime95 - waiting on the CPU tests until last): Additional Hardware Diagnostics

    Good luck!

I hope you can figure out what's written here, since I live in Belgium my computer is configured in dutch.

Video test done: No Errors, temperature stabilized around 63 °C

My disk device: ST2000DM001-9YN164 ATA Device

I think the manufacturer is Seagate, so I downloaded their tool.
But when I use that tool at startup no disk were found. I only have one disk.

Then use the Seagate Seatools for Windows from the Seagate website: SeaTools for Windows | Seagate

As for the Dutch - I don't speak it at all. But luckily the Google translator is very familiar with it! :0)
Also, the reports are laid out the same in English as in Dutch - and since I'm very familiar with the English reports, I can usually make out what's in reports from other languages.

In this case there were some errors on the disk - mostly in the free space, but they still were errors.
Let's see what the Seagate test has to say.
