Hi, thanks in advance for any insights anyone may have.

Here are the descriptions from "Who Crashed":

On Wed 3/9/2011 10:45:36 PM GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\030911-22526-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x80640)
    Bugcheck code: 0x3B (0xC000001D, 0xFFFFF800030D0E67, 0xFFFFF88005BE5110, 0x0)
    Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.

Thanks! I will try the first three steps and report back. I had a feeling it was a driver issue since Linux runs fine.

Exactly, Lavasoft is known to produce BSOD's when combined with other AV brands such as MSE in your case. Uninstalling Lavasoft should fix you. : )

So I tried everything, and now I am getting a new error related to DirectX. So, I updated DirectX and it didn't work. Here is the Who Crashed report, and I will attach the latest dmp file, and the other things you asked for above (Rammon and CpuZ).

    Thanks again for your help.

On Thu 3/10/2011 9:20:01 PM GMT your computer crashed

Bug check description: This indicates that a system thread generated an exception which the error handler did not catch.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system which cannot be identified at this time.

WinDbg points to hardware, probably faulty RAM:

    1. You got 4 sticks of GSkill F2-6400CL5-2GBPQ 800 Mhz 5-5-5-15 1.8V - 1.9V - your current settings are right except that I don't know your current voltage.

Run Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool for 10 passes.

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff8800fce8bfd, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: fffff88003d83da8, Exception Record Address
    Arg4: fffff88003d83600, Context Record Address

I went ahead and updated the Logitech drivers from their website.

I am now on pass three for Memtest86+ ver. 4.20. No errors reported so far.

    Here are the settings:

    L1 Cache: 32k 35180 MB/s
    L2 Cache: 3072K 16325 MB/s
    L3 Cache: None
    Memory: 8190m 4359 MB.s
    Chipset: Intel P35/G33 (ECC: Disabled) – FSB 33 MHz – Type DDR2
    Settings: Ram: 399 MHz (DDR799) / CAS: 5-5-5-15 / Dual Channel

I'm not sure how to find the voltage settings...

In the bios. 'Auto' should set it right.

Memtest - 10 passes without interruptions.

21 hours later, 11 passes complete no errors.

I went into the BIOS and checked the Frequency/Voltage Control settings. All memory timing set features are on "AUTO."

    That includes:

    CAS Latency Time
    DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay
    DRAM RAS# Precharge
    Precharge Delay (tRAS)
    Write Recovery Time
    Refresh Command Period
    Write to Read Delay
    Row Active Delay
    Read to Precharge Delay

Any chance the problem could be video card related? I have had my suspicions about the card because I have had issue with it in Linux. Thanks again for your help.

I ran the Fur Mark GPU test. I did a 1.5 hour burnin (no problems) in standard Windows. The temp reached as much as 116 deg C. Then I ran a 720 test, score of 106, max temp of 112 deg C. FPS: min 2, max 1, avg 1, Options: DYNBkg

I then used OCCT to do the GPU memtest. 10 passes, no problems reported.
Then, I ran a GPU OCCT test, ran for 1 hour with no problems reported.

The good news is I have been running in regular Windows 7 mode since this morning and there are no crashes (though I am using my laptop for all of my work at this point).

Any thoughts? More tests I should run?

Since nVidia and DX drivers were involved in the crashes, you may want to try another driver if blue screens reoccur.

For anyone still encountering this problem - there are several points which you need to consider that I found out to be the source of most of the problems related to ntkrnlmp.exe. Drivers, RAM mem.,Windows auto update, power supply. These are the four possible points of failure that you need to take a look into. (You can find more details in the following research about this problem)
