    Hi and welcome to the forums.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Dump file: 072010-25942-01.dmp
    Module path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
    Bugcheck code: 0x50 (0xFFFFF6801A021A88, 0x0, 0xFFFFF80002899AE2, 0x2)
    Error: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
    The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module.
    Your system configuration may be incorrect, possibly the culprit is in another driver on your system which cannot be identified at this time.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    0x50 error can be caused by hardware issues, software issues (e.g anti-virus), and faulty drivers.

    What to do:

    1. Download and install updates and device drivers for your computer from Windows Update.

    Diagnose any recently installed hardware for hardware compatibility and again drivers.

    2. Scan your computer for viruses.
    3. Check your hard disk for errors (cmd->chkdsk /f /r).
    4. Restoring to Last Known Good Configuration is worth trying.

    Giving us some more info could help us more precisely identify the cause of the error, msinfo32, as well as check the event viewer's alerts.

    I suspect 2 causes, both low-level drivers.

    Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
    Code:
    sptd.sys     Sun Oct 11 16:55:14 2009
    ASACPI.sys needs an update too. Install the ATK0110 driver for Windows 7/Vista from the Utilities section: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-

    PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50)
    Invalid system memory was referenced. This cannot be protected by try-except,
    it must be protected by a Probe. Typically the address is just plain bad or it
    is pointing at freed memory.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: fffff6801a021a88, memory referenced.
    Arg2: 0000000000000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation.
    Arg3: fffff80002899ae2, If non-zero, the instruction address which referenced the bad memory
        address.
    Arg4: 0000000000000002, (reserved)

    Hi.

    There is definitely a problem with a driver. Based on experience, I can tell you that it is sptd.sys which is notorious for this.

    Code:

    Please uninstall Daemon Tools in the normal way then use this installer/uninstaller to remove sptd.sys from the system, which is important:

    DuplexSecure - Downloads

    As always, I recommend PowerISO as a drive emulator to replace that because it is perfectly stable. The software is not free but the drive emulation capabilities of it remains so, forever.

    PowerISO - Create, Edit, Compress, Encrypt, Split, Mount, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter, Virtual Drive

    ---------------

    This driver should be updated.

    Code:
    ASACPI   ASACPI.sys   Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005
    Here's the link for it (motherboard is P5K Pro):

    ASUSTeK Computer Inc.

    Downloads, Windows 7 64 bit, Utilities section

    Download and install "ATK0110 Driver".
