Windows 7 BSOD on my laptop, mostly while using utorrent

My laptop began to crash this last week, no new software nor hardware has been installed after this week.

It crashes a while after utorrent starts, and seems to be ndis.sys related. I've seen a lot of threads on this subject, and tried some solutions with no results.

Also, as the attached files may show, I have non matching ram dimms, but I don't think this is the issue because the 2nd dimm was added a month ago.

I've attached a .rar file as the rules require. Hope to hear some feedback.

Update this driver Rt64win7.sys 7/30/2009 from here Realtek

And while you are at it update your audio driver RTKVHD64.sys 7/28/2009 from here Realtek

Still wondering what is the cause of the crash, is it RAM related? could you explain a bit?
