Hey pplz,
im getting a driver_power_failure (or somthing) BSOD.. it goes off screen too fast!

Ive had it twice in 8 days. Both occured on a Sunday at 7:36 (about 2 seconds.. and one week apart!) I checked this with BLUESCREENVIEW which pointed to ntoskrnl.exe but i understand that that is not the acutal issue.
Below are my cpu and mem from CPUz as requested. Thanks for any help wiht this :)

btw... the memory is Kingston 2x4GB 1600 mhz and im running an i7 2600K (not overclocked yet)

Thanks and any more info needed and ill put it up!

I also added the other tab from CPUz just incase something is not right with the ram!

Hi, your Core i7 stock frequency is 3,4ghz. Running 3,6Ghz at the moment at idle.

1) Disable Turbo Boost
2) Enable EIST

Memory is rated 1600 9 9 9 24, currently 1333. Good idea to enale XMP to set RAM to 1600Mhz as recommended by the manufacturer.
Attach RAMMon HTML.zip and attach .dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump.

Hi thanks for the fast response. Do you think something is wrong with my processor?? Why woul di have to turn off a good think like turbo boost?

Is it possible avg is caused crash, as you have said uninstall... is there better one to use?

No, should do it individually for ach driver.

Yes. I gave you the link to Link Removed due to 404 Error -- recommended whenever blue screens persist.

o sorry, missed that! its late!

Ill have a go in the morning and will put feedback up after :) thanks again

ok so its taken me like 2 months to find a fkn ps2 keyboard to access bios!!

I could not find "EIST" but i found "DRAM CONFIGURATION" and changed the AUTO to 1600mhz (auto set it at 1333)

I disabled turbo boost.

2 nights later (5 mins ago) i just got another BSOD Power_driver_failure or something agian. This time my pc wouldnt boot past the BIOS so i cleared CMOS with button and reset it all. Im now back to enabled turbo boost and back to auto and 1333hmz.

any idea what i should try now? thanks for ur help so far pplz
