Windows 7 BSOD on Windows 7 BootCamp

I have a Windows 7 64bit on BootCamp running on iMac. Usually I get the BSOD when running a virtual machine for Windows 2008 using VMWare Player 5. But still it happens sometimes without any any application running...

Please ensure that you visit the Apple Software Update for the latest updated drivers for your system.
Also make sure that you have all the available Windows Updates.

Unfortunatly when I try to run the W7F tool I get the exception

"System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path '\\Desktop\W7F_16-04-2013'."

Please do this:

MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type "msinfo32 /nfo C:\Users\Public\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to the C:\Users\Public\Desktop directory to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back.

These devices have problems:

- re-enable the device
- update it's drivers ( Drivers for Atheros AR928X and Windows 7 )
- if desired, re-disable the device again
