Windows 7 bsod problem

blue screen of death appears while i was using windows vista and then windows restarts..i have windows vista ultimate edition 32-bit.my pc specifications are ASUS STRIKER EXTREME MOTHERBOARD , INTEL CORE 2 DUO E6600 2.4GHZ , WINTEC AMPX RAM 2G DDR2 800MHZ , EVGA 8800 GTS 320 MB , HARD DRIVE SEAGATE BARRACUDA 7200.10 .. after windows rebooted the following message appears "windows recovered from an unexpected shut down" and it shows me these details

do you know how to fix this poroblem????
 
Hi, how often does this happen? The only thing I can suggest is make sure all your drivers are up to date eg chipset/motherboard, Sound, graphics and that the motherboard bios is up to date.
