Windows 7 BSOD problem

Hi,

I bought a new desktop two months ago and I have been getting BSOD since then. The computer is Dell, Windows 7, AMD Phenom II X4 820 Processor, Memory : 6144MB (2x2048 + 2x1024) DDR3 Dual Channel, Graphics : 1 GB ATI Radeon HD 5450.

I contacted Dell support and they ran me through a hardware check which it passed, they then advised me to reinstall Windows 7 which I did.

I was using Kaspersky Anti-Virus but have since changed to AVG.

I am still having the BSOD issues.
Here are the BSOD DMP files:

For now, remove all traces of both Kaspersky and AVG. They are both well-known for causing BSODs.

In addition to JK's helpful, accurate advice -

The Realtek HD Audio driver could use an update:
Code:
RTKVHD64 RTKVHD64.sys Wed Aug 05 05:46:28 2009

Realtek

-----

The Broadcom Gigabit network driver could also use one:

Code:
k57nd60a k57nd60a.sys Thu Aug 06 07:44:32 2009

You can visit your motherboard manufacturer's site for this.

-----

If after doing all the suggestions and problems are still present, definitely uninstall SuperAntiSpyware. That being said, it is most likely an AVG issue and it should be removed as JK has shown.
