Windows 7 BSOD problems pre-work

Your BIOS dates from 2009. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

These devices have problems:
Security Processor Loader Driver ROOT\LEGACY_SPLDR\0000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

Symantec Vista Network Dispatch Driver ROOT\LEGACY_SYMTDIV\0000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
To fix the Symantec issues, please run the Norton Removal Tool:
Anti-Virus Removal:
Please do the following:
- download a free anti-virus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus If using Windows 8, enable Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall instead.
- un-install the Norton from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
- remove any remnants of Norton using this free tool: http://us.norton.com/support/kb/web_view.jsp?wv_type=public_web&docurl=20080710133834EN
- IMMEDIATELY install and update the free anti-virus (if using Win8, enable Windows Defender), then check to ensure that the Windows Firewall is turned on.
- perform a full system scan to ensure that no malware has snuck onto your system while the anti-virus was malfunctioning.
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's
NOTE: NEVER run more than 1 anti-virus, firewall, Internet Security/Security Center application at the same time.

As for the Security Processor Loader device - this is usually the result of damage caused by a virus infection. Please scan your system with several of these free scans to ensure that it's clean: Free Online AntiMalware Resources

Most of the memory dumps have traces of Norton in the stack text - so I suspect it's either Norton or the virus that corrupted Norton. Please follow the instructions above to fix the Norton problems. If you can't fix the virus problems, please post over in the Security forums for more assistance: Security Zone

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
