View attachment dump files for benzure.zip There are the dump files from the minidump folder.

It's new build and only had an uptime of about 10 hours:

OS: windows 7 64bit Pro
CPU: Q6600 as standard
RAM: Corsair 4GB dominator 2x2GB sticks DDR2
HDD:2x WD caviar blacks 500GB
GRAPHICS: 1GB ATI 4870
MOBO: gigabyte ep43-ds3
SECURITY: kaspersky 2010
DISC DRIVE: LG blue ray h220L or something and another LG normal reader/writer.

It seems to BSOD at random points...it has done it twice so far. Once after i woke it up after 20 minutes and ran some windows 7 performance program with realtime charts on the cpu, ram etc and on the 2nd time it was while i was on mozilla firefox.
All i can think of at the minute is that it could possibly be related to the graphics card :S maybe. Didnt get BSOD before drivers were installed.

thanks,
ben

Hi.

Both errors are 0x3B errors, which happen when video drivers pass bad data to the kernel code. What almost always causes this type of memory corruption is the antivirus in use.

So, uninstall the Kaspersky which is causing this with the special tool found here:

AV Uninstallers - Windows 7 Forums

I highly recommend MSE as a replacement because it is very system resource friendly and absolutely never causes bsod. The only a/v this can be said of across all machines.

Do this and your machine will be fine. Enjoy.

Code:
se !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

Sorry to be a bit weird but why would the video drivers be passing bad data in the 1st place? Im just trying to learn :D

What basically is happening is that Kaspersky is causing memory corruption on your system in relation to the video card driver, thus the bsods that are occurring. It's interfering with correct video operation.

Still having memory corruption which Is probably going to be due to the Creative drivers in use. They're notorious for this.

You can update your Realtek lan driver from the following link:
Code:
Rt64win7 Rt64win7.sys Thu Feb 26 04:04:13 2009

http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads...tDown=false#RTL8111B/RTL8168B/RTL8111/RTL8168

You can check to see if your Creative card is here and use this brand new driver. Honestly though, if this doesn't stop the bsod, my next step would be to physically remove the Creative card and run for a while as a test to see if the pc is fine then. (That's how bad Creative drivers are...to justify this type of troubleshooting.)

Here is another link you could look at too:

If you still have problems, please let us know because then I can show you how to run Driver Verifier which may pinpoint your problem for sure.

One other thing you can look at is if you have proper memory voltage for your precise ram modules in use. You can use CPU-Z to find out exactly which they are. Then visit Corsair's page for them.

Adjust your bios accordingly to what you find for timings and voltage, manually.

THE BLUE SCREENS IN MOST CASES ARE BECAUSE OF HARDWARE DYSFUNCTION SO THE OTHER WAY IS TRYING TO CHECK OUR HARDWARE FOR INCOMPATIBILITY MABY!!THANKS

No, this is not true. Whomever told you that was on some heavy medication or the like. You may want to check this section of the forum and its 957 threads so far, for the cases' resolutions.

Some needed memory replacement, but far from "most".

FOR EXAMLPE..I HAD THE BLUE SCREEN WITH THE MESSAGE SERVICE_EXCEPTION MANY TIMES...I MADE A CLEAN INSTALL OF WIN 7 ULTIMATE X64 WITHOUT ANY PROGRAM(SOFTWARE)..JUST CLEAN AND HD AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM...WHEN I CHANGED THE RAM MODULES WITH ANOTHER BRAND(BEFORE 5 MONTHS)ALL PROBLEMS HAVE DISAPPEARD

Congrats. That's one case out of the world.

I have solved the most bsod cases of Windows 7 online of anyone in the world.

I'm telling you that most do not need memory replacement.

In most cases, it is a software issue or a bios configuration issue, by far.

As I've said already, each case is different and must be treated as such. A blanket statement of most or all or anything like that is not helpful to anybody.
