Hi Guys,
I am new here and am looking for some desperate assistance. I am using a Lenovo Y560 laptop with Windows 64 bit Home Premium, runiing Mcafee as the Antivir (Licensed).

What happens is this, whenever I connect to the Internet through Tata Photon+, usually the first time, it connects and everything's fine but if for whatever reason i close the connection and reconnect the Tata Photon+, it gives me a blue screen. Sometimes this event happens on the first try itself. Otherwise the laptop is working just fine. Here I post an event from eventvwr.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000e1 (0xfffff800043c5390, 0x0000000000000002, 0xfffffa8003e488c0, 0xfffffa8003e488c0). A dump was saved in: C:\windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 110612-40903-01.

Another recurring one

The ReadyComm.DirectRouter service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

Solution
I'm going to respond to the updated reports. Then, if you have further BSOD's, please zip up the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump and upload it with your next post. Then we'll deal with any other drivers that may need updating.

First is that SP1 isn't installed, please do the following:
Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
3. Visit Windows Update and get all...
All the reports aren't included in the upload. Please run the report thing again and let it go for 10 to 15 minutes. It will eventually finish and will tell you how to post. That's when it's finished running.

There are lot's of older drivers that need to be updated. Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

This is most likely a Lenovo driver, and it could be related to keyboard/mouse functioning. There's just not enough info on the web about it - and the reports that you've submitted don't have any info on it either.
funfrm.SYS - this driver hasn't been added to the DRT as of this run. Please search Google/Bing for the driver if additional information is needed.

If updating/removing these drivers doesn't fix things, we'll need to see the rest of the reports (and that may not even help).
The 2 other things that I'll recommend are:
- running these free diagnostics: Link Removed - Invalid URL
- running Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Link Removed

Thank you for your prompt reply, I will try and get the complete tool run and post it but tell me how am I supposed to update the drivers you have mentioned?

3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates (may take repeated visits)
4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center
5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates. May take repeated visits, but keep it up until you get several "Windows is updated" results.
If you're having difficulties with installing a Service Pack, please use the SURTool from this link: What is the System Update Readiness Tool?
Also, check out this troubleshooting link from Microsoft: Troubleshoot problems installing Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2

I have had limited success in installing updates/Service Packs when using a "clean boot". I suspect that I'm just bypassing the problem - and that it can come back to bite me in the butt later on.

9 Bluetooth Peripheral Devices aren't installed, please install them. I'd suggest getting all the Bluetooth stuff from the Lenovo downloads website.

Your ATI audio is disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why? If you wish to continue to keep it disabled, please do the following to update it:
- enable it
- update the driver software associated with it from the ATI website
- then disable it again

You have both McAfee and Microsoft Security Essentials running. Please un-install McAfee and then ensure that the Windows Firewall is turned on. Only run one antivirus and one firewall at a time - otherwise conficts (and errors) will result.
