Windows 7 BSOD When copy file to external hard disk

Hi, can someone help me to debug the dump file as I m having BSOD when copy file to external hard disk. attached is all the info needed.

thanks for posting the info. After checking through dmp files your drivers and bios are old. Please update to the latest versions:

You'll need to find the drivers on the machines manufacturers web site: Download
 
Thanks for your help in checking the dump file kemical.
I have updated the BIOS and latest drive from the manufacturer web site yet the problem still occur. I even revert back the OS to Win XP SP3 with new BIOS and driver, still the same BSOD.
I would like to know that is there any indication in the dump file that which driver/software in specific that is causing this.
 
Please send the new dmp files and I'll certainly have a look. Also please check your memory using this app: http://www.memtest.org/ and make sure you only test one stick at a time. As well as that please run a ant-virus scan using Malwarebytes: http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and to test your HDD please run a chkdsk scan.
