I suggest you start with this Link Removed - Invalid URL
Follow that up by grabbing this program and a blank CD Microsoft Standalone System Sweeper Beta | Microsoft Connect (get the correct version for your system architecture) Double click the program and it will create a bootable CD with which you can boot your system, independent of the OS and run a FULL System Scan.
You seem to have a few older drivers which may need addressing
Rtnicxp.sys 5/30/2008 9:12 Realtek 10/100/1000 NDIS 5.1 Driver
VSTCNXT3.SYS 10/15/2008 18:29 Conexant SoftK56 Modem Driver
VSTAZL3.SYS 10/15/2008 18:30 Conexant SoftK56 Modem
VSTDPV3.SYS 10/15/2008 18:32 Conexant SoftK56 Modem Driver
igdkmd32.sys 5/6/2009 12:13 Intel Graphics driver
athr.sys 6/9/2009 12:04 Atheros network adapter driver
and you evidently do not have SP1 installed Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center
Then:
Please read the first post in this sticky thread here How to ask for help with a BSOD problem
Do your best to accumulate the data required.
Run the SF Diagnostic tool (download and right click the executable and choose run as administrator)
Download and run CPUz. Use the Windows snipping tool to gather images from all tabs including all slots populated with memory under the SPD tab.
Likewise RAMMon. Export the html report, put everything into a desktop folder that you've created for this purpose, zip it up and attach it to your next post (right click it and choose send to, compressed (zipped) folder.
Additionally, if you haven’t already, please take some time and fill out your system specs in your forum profile area http://windows7forums.com/windows-7...you-filling-your-system-specs.html#post235529 .
Good luck
Randy
