I've had hard time finding out where is microsoft bug report , so I'm putting this here, hoping that you guys will know where how to send this bug report to microsoft

I'ts not that big bug, but it stills annoys me:

When istalling Windows 7 (Build 7600) , I've accedently chosen the default input language to be other than english.
When the installation was finished, I've noticed that , and changed the default input language.
However - this didnt change the input language of the logon screen, so now everytime I log in - I first have to change the language, and only then I can insert the password.

It seems like a minor issue, but this is still annoying.

    1. In the “Region and Languageâ€Â￾ dialog window, click on Administrative tab.
    2. Under “Welcome screen and new user accountsâ€Â￾ section, click on Copy settings button.
    3. In the “Welcome screen and new user accountsâ€Â￾ dialog box, select and tick the check boxes for Welcome screen and system accounts and New user accounts.
    4. Alter the settigs to your preference.
    5. Click OK to apply the change.
