Windows 7 can somebody help? :)

In some company i connecting 8 computers over network. Seven comp is on Win7 platform and one is on the Win XP platform .I got the following problem :
The computers which are on the Win 7 looking each other , but one computer of that seven cant acces other computers, but others computers can acces that computer. And the computer that is with win XP platform cant acces others computers.

can someone halp me what i do ?????????????????

If you are using homegroup on the win7 PCs then the XP PC will not work on the network. You need to redo the network and just use workgroup for all the PCs.

Are the computers set up as a domain or workgroup? Are you using homegroup on the windows 7 computers?
