Just installed Windows 7. After install everything was working fine until i noticed that i had no sound.

It is a AMD Athlon x64 Dual

Sound works in XP, has these sound drivers

    Yamaha DS1 WDM
    HD Audio Render

I tried finding the above drivers, but no luck.

Board: ASUSTeK Computer INC. A8R-MVP Rev 1.xx
One Sound Card Model: Lightwave LW-SC4C

If there are no 7 drivers try the Vista ones from Asustek and it should work

Okay thought it's an Asus card but seem to be a yamaha card? I got a link here:
lw sc4c driver (Yamaha) 7, Vista, XP, download

check if that is the appropriate driver - look on the sound card itself for more details if needed and get the driver from the manufacturer's site.

I was able to find cd with drivers for the sound card. The setup runs and still there is no sound.

For Windows 7, usually you can download the sound drive via Windows update. Try to refresh the Windows update list, maybe you can find the drive.
