Windows 7 Can't download anything with Chrome, Mozilla and/or IE except torrents

Yeah, so I can't download anything lately (say since yesterday evening) via multiple browsers except via torrents. I HAD McAfee, but I just uninstalled it, no luck yet. Did some recoveries, nothing. Any help would be hotLink Removed - Invalid URL
