Windows 7 Can't hear microphone (very, very quiet)

Hi all, I've got Windows 7 RC 7100, and I'm using Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio audio card, and I'm using camera Acme VMicro it seems it's model is VC0303, so my microphone is veeeeeeery quiet, even in the mixer... I can hear something if I blow very strong in to the microphone. I'm plugged in it to the rear panel, blue jack... There is no bottom called custom in this panel:
