Windows 7 Can't see/hear videos under Getting started with Windows 7 in Start Menu

Hello

I have Windows 7 Ultimate.

From Start > Getting Started > Discover Windows 7 > clicking a video on
" More getting started videos " ie. ' Personalising your PC ' I can neither see the video nor hear any sound though the window does go through 100% buffering.

Any solutions to my issue would be welcome. Thank you
