Windows 7 Choosing Between Intel 2500k and 2600k CPUs: Z68 Motherboard Recommendations Needed

I'm looknig at buying a new PC pretty soon and was looking at either an Intel 2500k or 2600k. I can't really decide between the two. I basically just want the PC to hadle anything i throw at it, not necessarily anything major. I want it to be fairly future proof too.

I'm also having difficulty deciding on a Motherboard. I want one of the Z68 Boards, but i can't decide what manufacturer.

Any advice?
