Windows 7 Clicking Black...

Everytime I click, or go to a new page on IE, I get a black screen. Maybe its like one of those color schemes, but I can't get rid of it..

ANyone know about this?

Simple solution. Download Firefox or one of the other secure browsers and use that for your internet needs.

Also you need to include a more detailed description of what happened if you want help with your issue.

have you turned down uac to a lower than default level? try putting it back to defaults (control panel>user accounts>uac)
