Windows 7 CMD Won't RUN

hello & greetings again from me.Last night when i come back and open my laptop,I see my logon screen has something text which is "NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT THANK YOU FOR USING REDHOT TEAM CRACK" I started to stress out and this thing had make my NOD gone mad.All the program detected as a threat,even my useful program like winamp.exe,photoshop.exe,cursorfx,exe has been quarantine.Then again a new problem has been discovered that my cmd.exe are not running at all.Tried to scan with MWByte but NO RESULT and SASpyware still NO RESULT.Please help

Updated discovery:
Just noticed that some kinda virus has eatin up my exe programs.The virus known as WIN32/Virut.
Anyone who had a experience with this virus?Please help me to remove this thing.Thank You
