I'm running win 7 64. When I turn the comp on it keeps restarting right whe it's at the "welcome"'screen and it just keeps booting.

Im able to boot in safe mode but not with networking- I get a blue screen if I try. I have Malwarebytes installed, ran a full scan in safe mode with no error results. I downloaded two other programs that people suggested: hijackthis and adaware, on my friends comp and saved them to an external drive bit win wouldn't let me install them. What are my options?

If you could boot into safe mode (without networking) and attach your crash dumps from C:\Windows\Minidump, this could help us locate the cause of your crashes. Uninstalling some things in safe mode is certainly an option.

You could also shed some light and tell us what preceded your crashes.

I has installed a program called "replay media catcher 4"
It was working but then it stopped copying video so I restarted the computer and that's when it happened. I tried uninstalling it in safe mode but couldn't. Here is the mini dump.

Beedoola, well done. ; ) Thank you for the excellent sence of humor.

I thought you would attach the actual .dmp files, not their screenshots. Still confused? Zip your minidump folder, and attach it with your next post in this thread. : )

Also, try Last Known Good Configuration:

    Follow these steps:

    1. Remove all floppy disks, CDs, and DVDs from your computer, and then restart your computer.

Click the Start button , click the arrow next to the Lock button , and then click Restart.

    2. Do one of the following:

    - If your computer has a single operating system installed, press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts. You need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears. If the Windows logo appears, you will need to try again by waiting until the Windows logon prompt appears, and then shutting down and restarting your computer.

    - If your computer has more than one operating system, use the arrow keys to highlight the operating system you want to start, and then press F8.

    3. On the Advanced Boot Options screen, use the arrow keys to highlight Last Known Good Configuration, and then press ENTER.

    4. If your computer has more than one operating system installed, use the arrow keys to highlight the operating system that you want to start by using Last Known Good Configuration, and then press ENTER. Windows will then resume starting normally.

Cool. I updated the Network Adapter. I searched for an update for the Management Engine but it said the driver was up to date. And I could find the Dirtek Keyboard. I check in Device Manager under Keyboards and System devices.

Don't ever use the device manager to update. Go to the manufacturers' sites always.

    Hello,

I have the same problem as Beedoola.

Any idea how to solve this? My computer knowledge is "User Level" so not really sure what you guys are talking in this threat.

    Thanks in advance!!
