Hello and welcome. Tons of crashes, heh?

    1) Remove the horrible, terrible, notorious Norton/Symantec in safe mode using the removal tool:

Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product | Norton Support

Reboot and install MSE to replace it.

    2) Update your old Atheros lan and Intel video drivers from your motherboard website:

    L1C62x86 L1C62x86.sys Wed Apr 01 01:07:46 2009
    igdkmd32 igdkmd32.sys Wed May 06 14:13:40 2009

    -----------

    Enjoy.

Regarding the drivers update executed utility from MSI site that checks automatically for updates. I think it did not find anything.

    This is not updated:

    L1C62x86 L1C62x86.sys Wed Apr 01 01:07:46 2009

Check your device manager or motherboard manual for the exact type, then download and install from here:

    ATHEROS Network drivers for Windows

    -----------

Onboard Intel video driver not updated:

    igdkmd32 igdkmd32.sys Wed May 06 14:13:40 2009

Re-visit MSI's site and manually go to your motherboard page. Then manually download the latest Intel Graphics Accelerator driver and install.

    KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (8e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 00000002, The address that the exception occurred at

Post a screen shot of CPU-Z spd tab and also memory tab. The RAM is either defective or set unwell in the bios.
