computers sold on ebay with win 7 HOME PRIMIUM 30 day trials.is this illegal? ive just started selling computers on ebay.
hi have resurched abit and have come to the conclusion selling computers with win 7 home premium 30 day trial is illegal?
can a rep here please confirm this as i sell and do not want to infringe on microsoft
also can enterprise 90 day trial be used with computers sold to test components before shipping i am using the australian based ebay.

I agree,I do not think this legal. Since the computers are not owned by e-bay but are being sold by individual users or companies getting rid of stock. It sounds as if somebody just loaded the OS without a key which means it is not registered. With out the key the machine will quit working. I would not purchase one these if they were the only computers available.
