I use 128kbps ISDN dial up modem,and use Windows7.My problem is that,whenever I use the network icon on taskbar,and open network status,it says,my speed is 128kbps.But when I start taskmanager,and click on networking tab,it says my 'link speed' is 140kbps.Whats the problem with it?Can anyone help?Whats th difference?And also that most of the times ,they are OK,and both claim 128kbps,but its only sometimes that the difference is seen.
