BSODs Increasing in Frequency

Hello,

First, I'd like to outline the nature of the BSODs experienced.

My machine is just under a year old, custom built; and has experienced BSODs since early on in it's operation. It has been built for gaming.
Many high-end games (Total War: Rome II, ArmA III) initially triggered BSODs and crashes, but a few DIY fixes eliminated the issue. Since then, BSODs were rather infrequent and only occurred when in the middle of gameplay (on certain games).
The issue however appears to have returned with increased severity, and BSODs occur in almost every game regardless of graphical or procedural demands, and even occur when no game or application is active.

Other Issues

The machine itself has increased in volume (I.e. the noise it makes when operating) over it's short life, which I am not certain of as being linked to these increased BSOD occurrences.

I wonder if the hardware itself is an issue? Or how I can identify which particular component is the problem and why?

all your dump files are the same and a bugcheck 124 is a hardware error, causes can range from:

• overclocking (which normally increases heat-output)
• poorly-fitted heatsink/computer fans (the same problem can happen with excessive dust in the CPU fan)
• an overloaded internal or external power-supply (fixable by upgrading)
• Certain corrupt software and/or out of date Bios can also cause these type of errors.

Check your system temperatures (CPU, motherboard and GPU) by stressing the system and making note of the lowest and highest figures. This app will help in viewing temps:
