Hi everyone, I have been having a lot of issues with my computer for awhile now, all surrounding BSODs. I have noticed that whenever I have any flash thing open (Hulu, games), it BSODs really frequently. I don't really understand why it's happening... so hopefully you guys can help. I've attached that CPUZ stuff as well as minidumps I collected. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Also i don't know if any other information is needed, so please ask :)

    Thanks in advance!

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff80002a9749b, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: fffff880058488a8, Exception Record Address
    Arg4: fffff88005848110, Context Record Address

Hi, thanks for the fast response! I will work through all of the suggestions. Just a few quick questions. When you wrote "The memory stick in slot #1 is set right", did you mean that it isn't set right? Also, how does one go about updating drivers? I tried checking the Ricoh website, but I did not manage to find what I was looking for (albeit, I wasn't sure what exactly it was that I was looking for).

    Thanks for your help!

The memory stick in slot #1 is set correctly indeed. If sticks in other slots are the same as the one you have in slot#1, then they are well matching.

I updated the drivers and uninstalled Avast, still getting the BSOD's so I will run the Memtest86+ tonight and post the results tomorrow.

As for the memory sticks, I believe this computer has 2 of them - is there any way to tell if the 2nd is set in correctly? They both came with the comp (Dell), so I assume they should be well-matching.

    Thanks again for your help!

There was only Slot #1 and 2 available. Computer has BSOD'd a couple times since i updated the drivers from Dell's website. Haven't gotten around to the memtest yet, still figuring out how to do it. Will post when done.

So i ran the memtest and left it overnight, this morning i turned on my comp to find that it overheated and turned itself off... i'll try again during the day, but that does not sound like a good sign :/

The sticks are set right and matching, DDR667 5-5-5-15.
One of them can be faulty, or sitting in a faulty slot sometimes.

Memtest doesn't overheat usually, unless the cooling is bad.

Huh maybe I have faulty fans then, because I tried running it twice and both times it said it "overheated" and shut down. @__@
