When installing Vista, I spec that drivers were found for both of these devices, because, until now, they did not appear in Device Manager with a warning. Now that I am using Windows 7, drivers cannot be found for Coprocessor and SM Bus Controller. What to do? I havw a Compaq Presario F700. My laptop runs perfect, I am just curious as to what these are - they sound important!

Just download intel chipset drivers from their site and then from device manager update drivers from the vista folder withing Intel drivers you just downloaded. It worked for me.

Thanks a lot. I had a folder on my hard disk called 'SwSetup' which contained drivers for everything. I pointed the hardware to find those drivers and it picked them up, no problem. :)
