Hello everyone, this is my first post in this forum and I hope I can get some help from you guys. So I will try to explain my problem as simple as possible. My Dell laptop originally came with Windows 8. While trying to install Ubuntu alongside I don't know what happened and Windows 8 was fully replaced by Ubuntu. So a friend of mine gave me a DVD which had Windows 8.1 and I successfully installed Windows again. My problem is I have been noticing some changes when i try to copy files. If I try to copy files from a Flash Drive to my hard drive it's fine but if I try to do it the other way i.e from the hard drive to a Flash Drive, the transfer speed is very low compared to when i was on Windows 8. I don't know why but several times the transfer speed would drop down 0 bytes, stay at 0 bytes for 20-30 secs and then would move up to 5 mb or 7 mb. Has anyone experienced this problem and been able to solve this? Please help me if someone knows the solution. Thank you. Regards, Nayaz.
