How does one change the hotspot on the cursor. I really want to make it the middle of my funny little scope reticle that I have as the cursor. Any Ideas I would appreciate.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by hotspot but you can change the cursor several ways. Different cursors have different attributes try googling for different cursors or check the control panel under Hardware and Sound:

When I say hotspot, I mean the spot that when you put that spot over a button, it will shade, and click. With the standard cursor, it is the very top of the arrow, but on my special cursor, it is in the bottom left of the cursor.

I would hazard that unless your particular cursor has the necessary software to change the hotspot then it's only going to change if you change to a different cursor. What about where got your cursor from, is there a web site?
