A customized computer manufacture driver is installed in your computer. The intel driver utility(IDU) is not able to update the driver. Contact your manufacture?
I was getting a memory.dmp error and i thought updating the driver would solve the problem but the IDU gives me that.
Any idea how to update an customized graphic driver?
Thanks!

What's the make/model of your laptop? I have the same Intel GPU driver for my laptop and it's just a generic driver from Intel, nothing customized about it.

There are driver updates for that chip but the limitation is with the mobo vendor as to what/who can update the GPU driver and unfortunately we are part of the masses that can't update it.

open the link....select your OS and bit type...then look for VGA....that's your GPU driver. The one I referenced was for windows 8 64 bit. I have no clue which OS your running - 8 or 8.1...you don't say. So if your using 8.1 64 bit then the driver version is: V10.18.10.3308.02 which is the most current one.

Windows 8.
I have downloaded and updated to Version V9.17.10.3114(VGA)
thank you for your time and help
