    Hi there,
I have a PC running windows 7 Ultimate since it got published with no problems at all.
Till someday, the invasion of the annoying BSoDs took place.
I was like "Ok,challenge accepted" ,I worked out most of it with a help of a good ol' friend called Google.
But,there's a couple of BSoD's that I can't figure out.It happens on regular basis,at least once a day each.
    Any help please?
    DMP files are attached.

Hi DexterZeus and Welcome to The Forum.

    STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    Usual causes:
Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility.

    STOP 0x0000001A: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
    Usual causes:
    Device driver, memory, kernel.

Your latest dump files list win32k.sys and ntkrpamp.exeas the probable cause(s). These are Windows System file and for them to be the cause of your crash is highly unlikely.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes. Random stop codes can often indicate hardware issues.

    As a Priority:

Norton is known to be a cause of BSOD's on many Windows 7 systems. I suggest that you uninstall Norton using the Norton Removal Tool in Safe Mode. Download Blue Screen friendly Microsoft Security Essentials as its replacement. Make sure Windows firewall is enabled!

    Outdated Drivers. Update:

atiide.sys Thu Sep 07 21:37:20 2006 Check with O.E.M. Support, Motherboard Mfr. or ATI SATA(IDE Mode) Controller Driver

    bcm4sbxp.sys Tue Nov 21 12:25:43 2006 Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller

Download and run CPU-Z. Take screenshots/snips of the Memory tab and all the slot#'s under the SPD tab.
Go to Post Reply, click on the Go Advanced button and attach the screenshots/snips to your post for all the RAM experts to see by using the paper clip you will find on the top toolbar. Do not zip them up.

Download and install RamMon. Run RamMon, select the Export/Copy button. Select the Export/Copy format as HTML then Write to File. Include the saved report in a zipped file and attach.

    Thank you for the reply.
Can't really believe Norton is the cause of this all.
I had Norton 360 before for a long time, and it didn't give me any kind of problems at all ,but I had to remove it at some point because it was slowing down the PC when it was equipped with only 1 GB of RAM.
Now that I have 2 GBs,I choose to have Norton again as my anti-virus.
Also,I should have mentioned that the most frequent and annoying BSoD is the 0x0000000A IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL one.
It only occurs either immediately after the windows logo/splash screen,or after the BIOS screen.
So you see,it's hard to assume that Norton is the cause at that point when the system is still not running.

As for the drivers, searched for some hours but nothing, some sites/software even determine those 2 drivers as up-to-date.Any help concerning this?

Here's the CPU-Z snips and the RamMon file:

Personally I wouldn't consider 2gb adequate to be running Norton as my AV, even if it didn't have a bad reputation as being involved in the cause of bsod's.
Especially when you take into account that 2gb is the minimum (recommended) requirement to run Windows 7.

As mentioned in my previous post:

    STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    Usual causes:
Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility.

I'll google about for those drivers. See what I can find.

Filling in your system specs would be a great help. My psychic powers are waning after a prolonged and bitter battle with the evil trongs and I cannot figure out what system you have, having to guess. http://windows7forums.com/blue-screen-death-bsod/71079-help-us-help-you-filling-your-system-specs.html

You can always restore Norton at a later date, after your Bsod's have gone, but for now I'd stick with MSE which no-one has yet seen being directly involved with causing bsod's.

    Re drivers, still (intermittently) looking!
