hey guys! i have a Q... i have a win 7 32 bit, amd 6000+@3100mhz, leadtek 9600 GX Xtreme OC-d from box, a-data 2x1gb ddr2 800mhz vitesta gaming edition, and i was wondering.... if i buy a kingston 1x2gb (one piece of 2 gb) also 800 mhz, will it be a problem..? i'm not interested that my pc wont see only 3 gb i just want to know if it would have a conflict for not being from the same manufacturer, and the latency... my a-data is cl5 i think and the kingston i have no idea...:) thanks i hope i'll get a response

ps: the kingston is from one of my friends he wants to sell it to me cheap.. :)

pps: in cpu-z my memory slot it writes maz bandwith pc2 6400 (400 mhz) :| what i bought was 800 mhz... i dont get it...

Not too recommended, although it may work well straight away. It may need only a little bios settings tweak or another possibility is that it will be difficult.

If you are seeking answer for this part:

pps: in cpu-z my memory slot it writes maz bandwith pc2 6400 (400 mhz) :| what i bought was 800 mhz... i dont get it...
DDR -> Double Data Rate -> 400 Mhz x 2 -> 800 Mhz effective.

VERY IMPORTANT to install matching sticks (same brand) to avoid problems.
