Hi,
My new laptop PC is a Dell Latitude E5400 and Windows 7 RC1 is detecting a "Ricoh R/RL/5C476(II) or Compatible CardBus Controller" under the PCMCIA Adapters heading in Device Manager however when I plug in my ExpressCard 34 sound card it does not seem to get any power (there are lights on the card itself that should light up). I've plugged the sound card into another laptop running XP SP3 and it detects it as it should, so I know it is not the sound card. Additionally, I've ensured that the PCMCIA adapter is enabled in the BIOS.
I'm not sure what else to do other than wait for RTM, but I'm concerned this may not fix it and I should just return this sound card. Any other ideas?
