Windows 7 desktop tile

Hello all,

For some reason the tile doesn't work for me anymore,
when I click on the tile a photo to the desktop
it shows up as two or three big tiles insted of a lot of little tiles to fill up the desktop,
I also use a number of photos but they all come as a few big tiles, what shood I do?
