Windows 7 Desparete need for your help [drivers]

Hi, I have a problem installing PdaNet Desktop client on my laptop. For those who don't know it's an app for that allows you to share your internet connect from your smart phone to your other devices and in my case it's a USB tether.

when ever I start installing it gives me an error message
"UpdateDriverForPlugAndPlayDevices err=0xe0000203"

and then it stops installing and gives a message
"failed to install PdaNet Modem"

what can I do to install this? please help me as I'm in desperate need for this..

I'm not familiar with the application but try:

1. Right clicking on the install and running as administrator.

2. Running the install in compatibility mode.

Beginner User Remedy (totally automated):
1) Download and open the (How To Fix Error 0xe0000203 Windows 7) fix application.

2) Install application and just click Scan button in the software.

3) Just click on the Repair Errors button once the scan is successfully done.

4) Reboot your computer.
