This is my 1st time here so, hello nice to meet you all.

I have a corega wireless adapter that is plugged into my pc as an access point for my PSP and DS but I keep getting the problem of "DHCP is not enabled for wireless networking" and it says the wireless adapter doesn't have a valid IP address.
In services the DHCP is set to started.

here are the results of the ipconfig/all

I've also set the Internet Protocol to Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically but this still doesn't solve the problem.
I also set up the connection as an Ad-Hoc network and enable Internet Connection Sharing...but still no joy.....

Solution
What does the psp support?
What kind of security does it have? Is it encrypted?
Yes, your wireless Access Point hotspot is encrypted with WPA2-Personal (AES) encryption. Your security is as strong as the Password that you select. The Ad Hoc mode hotspots are protected with WEP encryption.
How do I turn off encryption?
Encryption is required with Connectify, we take your safety and security seriously. Also, Microsoft only built WPA2 encryption into Windows 7 for use in Access Points, so device support for other encryptions is simply not available.

Take a look at this article and see if it will help you do what you're looking to do. You may be able to employ Wireless Hosted Networking, either natively with Windows 7 or by using Connectify (link at the bottom of this article). Keep us posted.

when I use Connectify, my psp says that the security type is not supported

and in the cmd prompt I get this message
.
C:\Windows\system32>netsh wlan start hostednetwork
The hosted network couldn't be started.
The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested opera
tion.
