How can I display a complete directory tree in Windows Explorer?

While in windows explorer you can press ALT + T and select folder options. Here you can check 'Show all folders' and 'Automatically expand to current folder'.

I don't know if this was what you were looking for, but it gives a functionality wich resembles previous version of windows and explorer.

I would like to be able to see directories and sub-directories, or folders and sub-folders. I haven't been able to accomplish that.

I checked "show all folders," but it only shows one level. I would like to expand to sub-folders so that I can more easily see where I am moving files to.
