Windows 7 Directx 11

hi i got i problem on a one game that requires dx10 but there came dx11 on windows 7. but is there any difference in dx10 and dx11? but if i install dx 10 can i somehow re-install dx11?

Just install directx from this link: DirectX End-User Runtime
and it will install all the files required for all directx games.

Directx 11 will still be there if needed.
