Disable the Touch Pad

    How can I disable the touch pad when an external mouse is attached?

    Hello and welcome to the Windows 7 Forums. :)
    The easiest way to do so would probably be to press the function key (Fn) and Either F5,6,7 or 8 (So Fn+F7 for example)
    If that doesn't work, please post some system specs so we know exactly what computer model you have,
